White Sage

Open doors and windows to help smoke escape easily. Light up your smudge over a flameproof bowl until a small flame has caught. Allow the smudge to burn for 20 seconds then gently blow out the flame. The smudge will then gently smoke like incense. Let the smudge stick smoke for a while.
